Work life balance is below par. You need to give everything and still can end up risking falling short of expectations. Tax benefits like NPS support,etc. Policies need to be a bit flexible and employee friendly ( Comp offs, R&R, leaves, parking, weekend/stretch/oncall support benefits) to increase employee satisfaction. New joiner annual appraisal can be handled in a timely manner.

1. Process oriented. Follows Scrum guidelines. 2. Good learning for freshers upto 8 years experience guys. 3. Hybrid work for the existing employees based on their bands. 4. Transparent work culture. 5. Anyone can connect to anyone for feedbacks. 6. No cuts on variable pays. 7. Leadership team are very supportive.

...e benefits like, paternal or maternity leaves, promotions for certifications. 5. People with 8 years or more experience won't get much benefits in terms of learning, salary, flexibility. 6. Company expects to be available over the phone 24 hours.

People I work with are nice. Structured work culture. Salary is good for a mid sized company.

Leave policy is very bad. working from office is mandatory. very inflexible in leaves or work hours. Unpaid weekend hours or overtime. Parking is paid. Health insurance is deducted from salary.
