The company will ask you to deactivate Naukri and ur job search straight away and will threaten to terminate you. No sticking to commitments at all... Whatever they inform during recruitment are just brainwashing tactics one and only. Don't pray fall for these third grade companies, this will ruin your reputations only. Your privacy is not at all valued and they will interfere in almost everything. Worst company I have ever seen in my experience.
