...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before with you cannot resign

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

Couldn't find much.

Dislikes

Appraisal delayed to upto 9months. Currently year didn't happen yet. Every year since 2020 variable pay cuts undefined which technically reduces salary by 35-40% ctc annually with standard deductions. Which is a big problem with Tech Mahindra. And all of this happening unofficially & undiscussed & undisclosed. No one wants to speak about it no letter or email of why the payment cuts why variable pay was cancelled for quarters and quarters why the appraisals not happening.l whereas company is not operating at loss. A complete unethical brand.
