With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. For Learning purpose the company is good. Seniors are helpful and they have good projects. And one of the important think I like about the company is they give chances to freshers.
