...k life balance, there are terminated any times to employees with out any reason. No benifits, no growths, even they don't even given salary, there is no humanity in the company. Even messing with the careers.

There is not much to like about.

Salary credits on 7th of every month, becomes difficult for pretty much everyone whose EMIs are scheduled on 1st/2nd of month. Bad company policies, yet to figure out how to manage a big project. For example, lack of proper KT. Have not witnessed corporate politics as much as I witnessed in this company, safe to guess who gets the employee rewards or a good increment. The management needs a reality check, company runs in the hands of 3-4 people and are extremely bias. Gujrathi supremacy at its peak. They boast about culture but fail to incorporate the same. Although it is hybrid work, the time spend will be more than 8 hours. Lenient in nature with Ahmedabad employees but it is not the same with Hyderabad employees. No cab facilities provided, work hours are 12:30 to 9:30. Job security is the least that anyone can expect.

Hybrid work opportunity and working with fortune 500 clients like S&P Global.

If client wants to hire you full time techblocks will not allow them to do that and will make fake promises of promoting you but will never fulfill that Also if there are no projects you will be given notice of two months and asked to resign. They have heavy dependency on few e-commerce clients if they stop outsourcing people might end up loosing their jobs

This company is the worst among all the places I have worked so far. They treat employees very poorly. The official working hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, but everyone tends to log out one to two hours after the scheduled end time. There is a lot of internal politics and too many people who just go along with whatever is said.
