Nothing. Only the salary was good and mental peace was not there.

There is no work life balance- employees are like indirectly forced to work over weekends as well. The politics are of a totally different level, management team is just doing nothing neither the HR. Job security is zero (if possible going negative, can be thrown out at any point). Work culture is detoriating day by day.

Not at all an employee centric company. More of a Dictatorship management where the rules keep changing every now and then. Please don't waste your time unless you are very very good in playing politics to survive.

While working at Techaxis I enjoyed the learning that happened to me and as it was altogether a new domain for me I loved that experience.

...p management lacks vision and very poor planning leading to mental harassment. Salary is very poor compared to other US staffing firms in kolkata and has no career growth.

Its the best place to learn about the diversity of recruitment side to meet new people and earn money. Their Wfh model helps to sustain work life balance
