The Company is not great, Besides the salary there's nothing positive. They don't have any single Clients and it feels like they hire and fire people without any proper reason, the manager and the overall management team aren't doing much to fix the staffing team issues, in my time here I've noticed they don't have any direct client or implementation client, it's almost like working for a third-party staffing company with zero clients, and surprisingly they don't even have a VMS or ATS in place, its quite frustrating, often blaming employees are underperformance.

Work from home at pandemic, salary credit on the day without any delay. Have scope to learn. You'll get 24 paid leaves (12 for both CL and SL, 12 as EL) per year after successful completion of your probation period. You'll work 5 days a week. 8 Hrs work, 1 Hr break a day. you'll have 5 days Paternity Leave. you'll get group medical insurance for up to 4 of your family but The term amount is deducted from your take-home salary.

...ll license package and the entire team have to access them when they needed. There is no pay for overtime. salary growth is very slow as a snail. They were lagging with process making or task tracking. That makes our task in the loop and endlessly. Not a good place for UI/UX designers.

good untill you work for them but totally opposite if you put pappers. no culture . no learning and growth. mostly bench works. politics between management and employee and managers. no transparency on policies while joining.
