Dislike Because there is no respect for honest & hardworking good employees and there are some such flatters staff people who can do anything with you for their own benefit, how hard work you honestly or how much give 100% your work but your value is nothing here, these people will forcefully terminate you by blaming you without giving any warning of any reason without informing you, this is such a bad company that it wants their employees to continue working as their bonded laborers. Just will an employee get an opportunity for his good future, will he not go, This company terminates him by not accepting his resign and most misbehaves with women employees, here I've worked in the post of dco & HR.I had a very bad and dirty experience with this company.

The company is open to innovation & readily adapts latest technology.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work 13- 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
