they pay only 100rs as night allowences while other industried pay a minimum of 200rs forget about salary hike and benefits, there is no such thing here for the cabs also they will charge you while other industries provides them for free or compansate you when you do not take the cab transportation but here it is changes and 1000 to 2000 rs will be deducted from your salary cafateria is usless there is no good food to eat there

It's a great experience with Techmahindra because salary package, company culture, rules regulations, company policies and management also.

Jugaad is the only word i can use here. If u want to grow your skills will not work, it does not matter whether you have skills or not , your comms is good or bad....only bhai chara and buttering and jugaad will work here....if you are ready to do so come and join this.

Its a good comapny to work with if you have a support management sitting at the top.

The salary is not as per the market structure, plus the ambience of the office needs to be taken care off. One should feel coming to the office rather than a factory.

...ties. But... if you are busy bee of work loaded project, then its not for you. If you are hired at a good package, be happy with it atleast for few years as increment will be there but you will have to wait. Promotions again depends on your current project and manager, if you are part of big project you may get something early, else wait n watch. Wonderful campus, infrastructure and cafeteria.

Transportation costs are very high for IT employees, however for BPO employees same is less. (Unequal approach). Big communication gap between senior management and lower groups as rare meetings in a year. Even for IJP's you will have to wait for 90 Days to serve notice period. Even though no official announcement made for WFO, managers would force to WFO instead WFH. If you resign, managers/seniors will not not even bother to check why you have resigned and your support will be minimized even if you are the best performer till last day. Internal/External Trainings which involves your daily tasks should be given without asking to enhance individual/team performance/skill. But the requests will be ignored if there is very low cost approval involved. Last but not the least need to make modification to few furniture and fixtures as it has become too old and outdated, compared to any similar IT company it would be too old fashioned.
