... I would say I liked about Tech Mahindra. It has been the worst experience ever. They don't provide the full salary. And know that I left the company after working for the whole month yet they have not provided me my salary. The HRs don't pick calls and the TLs pretend to be supportive but at the end they have a all in their hands and forcefully kick you out of the company and keep the salary in their pockets.

...ody here has done nothing but has reached at higher level by doing malpractices. Tech Mahindra kept my money and told me that I will get my salary if I give resignation I provided them the resignation but they did not receive so they held my salary and now they are saying that the extra work and the whole month salary I won't get. Such a bad company with politics.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
