No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses.
Rewards recognitions system is poor
Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.
they pay only 100rs as night allowences while other industried pay a minimum of 200rs
forget about salary hike and benefits, there is no such thing here
for the cabs also they will charge you while other industries provides them for free or compansate you when you do not take the cab transportation but here it is changes and 1000 to 2000 rs will be deducted from your salary
cafateria is usless there is no good food to eat there

That we were taken care of when it was lockdown. The decision makers of Tech Mahindra seems to be in good spirits and has great plans for all it's employees. However, those plans or benefits are getting lost in the middle somewhere and are not being able to reach the employees working at the bottom.

...sleep, wake up, fresh up and board the cab again. There is no life in between.
Salary & Benifits: They will decent package, but the twist is even incentives are included in same package. Let me share my experience, I supposed to get around 32k per month, within that excluding incentive, it will be 27k, within that there will be transport deduction of 1k that too with worst maintenance of cabs, one way noddle drop/pic, no AC in cabs even the sun will burn us. And 2k pf deductions, and another wonder is if you opt for medical insurance there will be deduction of 3.5k, so within that 32k, I used to get only 20500, if we are getting incentive, then it will go to around 22k - 24k and great part is no TL/Manager/HR knows how salary structure works.
Promotions and appraisals: Don't expect, if you L your managers D you will be definitely promoted as like my earlier supervisor and SME.
Job security: If you question/raise your voice within the program. Manager will call you and inform that Tech M is not lacking of employees to encourage you, I will terminate you if I want. Now, you can expect your job security. Literally people are slave there.
Skill development/Training: First of all, there will be no upskilling once you hit the floor, when you are in training, they will just read out passages and qualify you, even to become TL, you no need to go through with upskill or upgrade yourself on your leadership qualities, you just need to be there for 5-6 years and wait for IJP and L your managers D, that's all. Literally, no manager/TL/HR knows the meaning and value of team huddles, feedbacks, one on ones, encouraging people. I've asked my manager one day that why my TL is not supportive, not being gentle, not sharing ay updates, not even smiling on face. He replied me back that this is not park to smile and say hi, how come people expect these, you are here to come, work, go, that's it, if not, I will terminate you.
Work satisfaction: I don't know how come huge projects like Verizon and all are coming to TechM, they don't know how it's going on. Literally people are having cab delays due to rains and traffic, they are getting forced to extend shifts to cover login hours. I don't know if it is going till upper level or not.
Company culture: So called people are behaving themselves as leaders but they don't know meaning of leader, they just think that my associates don't know anything, I need to control them, blame them, scold them, make them work that's it. Culture is going on like this, there is no culture at all.
