...going. Once the time passes, they will neglect you later they will ignore you. If you want to work what they pay then you are a on-going employee of the Organization for tones of years. But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. Please decide if want to retire your self and have good package already then TechM is a cool company for you. If you are aspirant and want to do something then please see here.

Documentation for any issue is very lengthy.

Ample of opportunities to up-skill and learn. Good atmosphere and culture with periodic rewards and recognitions with promotions as well based on performance.

The compensation and salary structure is poor. Work-life balance is also not maintained properly.
