I only like the campus of tech Mahindra.

The worst part is salary deduction is more and without any reasons LOP's after the raising a ticket for LOP's... In the next month it show as salary of LOP's has been reversal but the as per the amount we get the same salary as usually, also they are lot of deductions. Transport is also the worst part they only have winger vehicle, and they dumb like a goats beyond the seats available. They don't even provide a water or a tea machines, no proper break out area. Especially the worst management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of delays and the management doesn’t address our issues quickly. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and hikes percentage also low.

...ny work with Multinational comapny , Good Telecom and other IT related projects. Management is good but salary is less. Management gives more preferences to new joiners then people who are working since qiute a long time.
