Tech Mahindra provides you the job security and not fire the employees as long as you are not doing something which is unethical.

This is something which I've seen only in Tech Mahindra. There has been a discrepancy in salary every month. I wonder why payroll guys cannot do a simple job and HR people don't help you in anyway makes it worse.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues
