Nothing much to like about the company.

Dislikes

Compensation and hikes are really bad. Internal politics which plays a key role. Management is worst where they couldn't help the associates to overcome the issues.

Skill development & learning plays a huge role working with techM alongside that helped me a lot for my career growth within the organisation Also the company policies are too good

Just the compensation & the benefits could have been much better

No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. On top this cut on variable pay too. Too bad and extremely disheartening. TechM never fails to disappoint its employees

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Nothing to like as what tht ecompany claims as facilities are the ones given by every company.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. If you get also, it will be 1 or 2 percent. For anything you need to raise request. Your bags will be checked everytime. No flexible location available. You need to travel long even if your team is not present there.
