...nity to work with Tech Mahindra your career graph will boost very soon on lader. However, the salary and compensation are somehow dissatisfactory. and the working is very fun and you can learn many things and you had many sources to improve your knowledge in all domains.

The only challenge is you need to manage the Work-life balance and also benefits and CTC will be not up to the expectations

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

Overall the company is great work culture is good but the job security is not so good Company culture is really good

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

The only thing employees want to work here, is the salary and the incentives that can be earned per month

The work culture, the work life balance and specially the management are some of the things that needs to be taken into consideration. Some of the managers are good but not all.

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
