Even if you get a promotion, you wont see a salary hike. Expectations and utilization of manpower is 200% but appraisal hike is 6% in 2 years. You can also say goodbye to the social life outside of the office. Terrible experience.

they pay only 100rs as night allowences while other industried pay a minimum of 200rs forget about salary hike and benefits, there is no such thing here for the cabs also they will charge you while other industries provides them for free or compansate you when you do not take the cab transportation but here it is changes and 1000 to 2000 rs will be deducted from your salary cafateria is usless there is no good food to eat there

Jugaad is the only word i can use here. If u want to grow your skills will not work, it does not matter whether you have skills or not , your comms is good or bad....only bhai chara and buttering and jugaad will work here....if you are ready to do so come and join this.

Its a good comapny to work with if you have a support management sitting at the top.

The salary is not as per the market structure, plus the ambience of the office needs to be taken care off. One should feel coming to the office rather than a factory.
