Learning curve in Tech Mahindra is very good. I learned a lot while i was working there in Tech M. I really like all the managers who guided me well and also supported me while i was down.

Dislikes

Salary and bonus. being in TechM i should not expect about money other than knowledge

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.
