The best part of working in tech mahindra is your will always be learning new things. The problem is there is a Resource crunch and if you are willing to learn you have the spot which you like.

Dislikes

The salary part is like really annoying, they will not offer internal people the salary but will offer 4x salary for an external hire and start from scratch. I am willing to think this is a HR racket so they earn huge commission from consultant.

The good thing about working in techmahindra is you can learn many things if you want to. As comany does provides some ways by which you can enroll yourself in learning about the latest technologies.

Dislikes

...the support from management and HR team to compensation and the package offered. The cost cutting scenario is pathetic where they rely mostly on the freshers hired and expect a single experienced person to guide all those freshers by himself. And then at some point in the future they will terminate all those experienced resources and hire new freshers regardless of the escaltions or complaints from customers. In my personal experience even the customers were never satisfied with our management. It wasn't like this when I joined Tech Mahindra, but now it's getting worse every single day.

Company culture is good with so called JOSH activities. Work life balance is okay. Don't much think about compensation and benifits.

Dislikes

There is no growth regarding salary revisions. It's all depends on the project people. No benifits and rewards. No recognition for work.

Supportive staff, manager, Not much pressure Don't rely on company for learning, take initiative Management is cooperative. Family like teammates.

Dislikes

Salary little less as compared to Tcs, infosys, but still a nice place to work. Internal shift is difficult. Notice period of 3 months.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
