Poor management skill from Top to bottom like shooting arrows on the empty sky without any setup goals like KRA & KPI for employees. No job security for the employees and anytime it can be switch as per VP mood. in real word if you are good at shoe liking you can survive little but at the end your career and knowledge will be smashed. Be careful to join kind of organization and writing this here to keep you aware as things happens with some of my friends was not in correct manner although they have given more then 3 years to organization still they got forced resignation with threat that if they do not so organization will terminate them and Career can be in jeopardy. Be careful of highly rated scam organization and please pass this to near's and dear's for thire wellbeing. Thanks Your well wisher.
