...l get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

Long term engagement, long projects give job security.

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

The company have tie ups with various online academy so you can always learn new things. Lots of projects are their so you have lot of opportunities to work on different profiles.

Compensation is not that great.

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay
