The work culture is very good and the profile I worked on gave me a lot of exposure and learning. The trainings and the materials are also very good.

Dislikes

The compensation and Employee retention policy are really very bad. No increment, no onsite and no financial benefits.

Likes

Many good people to work with. Job security depends on your experience level. The more senior you are, the more likely you'll be too get pink slip. Pay is good if you're joining laterally. But if you stay here for long term forget about hikes.

Doesn't value its own employees. An outsider can be given 2x salary for the same job that you may already be doing for years.

Compensation as my role was very important for project.

TechM does not believe skills of its own employee, no fair mechanism of testing skills of a employees. Rather nepotism is order of the day. Higher management is utter pathetic, during evaluation they search question on google and expect answer to be same as google. Manager lack real life development experience.

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

Freedom to do and no as such hard and farst policy to do any task

Dislikes

Leadership, poor appraisal process, no standard salary offering or revision. Good employees recognition and addressing their concerns to keep them motivated
