The company appears to have a human face. Salary is always on time, without fail.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The company has a brutally political environment, you can be thrown out without any reason. If you are at Pune, Hyderabad or Bangalore, you are fortunate. Chandigarh and Noida are cursed locations in this company. Appraisal system is an eyewash. The company boasts a lot about innovation culture, but the fact remains that it lags behind its peers. It doesn't have appetite for R&D investments. After such a long period in business, it largely remains a body shop.
