..., you'll get only Non AC cabs as they don't bother about their employees at all. Also, transparency in terms of salary and benefits will be zero. WORST experience ever!!

I am getting paid with good package and I am having health insurance provided to me and my family.

I am little bit disappointed with HR and IT department, they are having some miscommunications among them which making employees to suffer alot.... They doesn't maintain clarity in providing information.

THE TRAINER IS GOOD AND OPEN FOR LEARNING AND ACTIVITY AND SUPPORTS TRAINEE AND TEAM LEADER GIVE FULL SUPPORT IN ANY PROBLEM IN ANY CASE AND ALSO MANAGES THE CASES PROVIDE SO MUCH GOOD QUALITY TIME FOR FUN AND PARTY AND PROVIDE PROPER MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENT TO EMPLOYEES FOR WORK AND PROCEDURES ARE EASY TO USE FOR ANYTHING

Overall the company is great work culture is good but the job security is not so good Company culture is really good

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
