Trainers were extremely helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

..., you'll get only Non AC cabs as they don't bother about their employees at all. Also, transparency in terms of salary and benefits will be zero. WORST experience ever!!

Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.
