Tech M is a not a place you search for better salary or better position or better lifestyle/culture. Tech M is a place where you can learn a lot from the people qho are with Tech M for a very long time and have seen many changes in the tech industry and just hearing their experiences can give a vast knowledge for someome who is a fresher.

Dislikes

Management is sloppy and HR services are not adequate, little to no cleanliness on campus, not employee friendly at all, and extremely client driven mentality without realising the consequenses and burdens on employees.

Basic salary will be very low and take home will be lesser than promised salary. Because here variable pay included in to fixed CTC. We will get to know this after we join and get the first salary. If we question them about this there will be no solution.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough
