...s. iii) While serving notice period(90 days), they will definitely make you cry. iv) you can't expect a salary hike in every year. v) Most of the project is Afternoon shift (1pm-10pm) or evening shift(3pm - 12).

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

No salary hike for 2024 Senior Management Never think about Associates, they always think from cost cut perspective Global BU leaders come and talks in Townhall meeting but in real nothing happens Can't see a positive change in the company from last 2 years
