i) If your manager also joined as a lateral then your luck is good, they are with very helpful nature.

Dislikes

...s. iii) While serving notice period(90 days), they will definitely make you cry. iv) you can't expect a salary hike in every year. v) Most of the project is Afternoon shift (1pm-10pm) or evening shift(3pm - 12).
