There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I don't dislike anything about the company but yeah your manager is most important role in job.He is main key who plays vital role in work culture.

They pay the salary on time.

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Flexible working hours depends on projects. All are average here. Monday to Friday work . Leave policy .

Dislikes

Low salary not upgraded based on the market standards. Not properly following appraisal cycle, they will do review but not released appraisal letter on time . Poor appraisal percentage. In some projects their job is not safe if you take ENS Projects
