I served almost 13 years of experience and handled around 30members team .My role was project manager and my salary is not as per my experience and even they deducted 20% salary 4 years.No standard aprisal process.

Working as external QA.. one thing is good that no one is there to report as there is no manager on site..

Dislikes

One of the worst places to work. "0" perks and benefits. All you get is salary. No incentives. Single weekoff .. no transport facility.. salary internal posting is worst. Youll get just 0.5k to 1k if promoted..

Switching 1st company in just 2 months

I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?
