Nothing to say about it .There is not even a single thing which can be stated as good working culture in techmahindra.

...es .they even don't pay attention to health ,poor management worst work culture. Salary they don't pay on time. They have lack of core company values. Employees working late or on weekends. They carry unsupportive environment with toxic job.

Work culture is very friendly, management is doing partiality, company policies related to fund deduction from salary is just forcing to employees

No work life balance specially when it comes to work from home

I really appreciate for rule and regulation of company and salary always on time and my TL ( group leader) always support me in work team work is good no partiality good environment and excellent organization culture.

It was my first company in the corporate world and I have learnt a lot from there, everyone was very supportive there whether it's Manager or TLs they supported me alot and In future I will get a chance to go back to TechM, it's a big yes from my side. Thankyou so much #TechMahindra LovetobeTechM.

The only thing which didn't like is their appraisal system and Loss of pay system in every month.

Friendly environment, everything we can raise that issue of that was wrong they will try to clear that

Politics, worst breaks we don't get the time to eat peacefully low salary, better to search for another if you want to get good pay other wise good company
