Tech Mahindra is a company for those people who only believe in DRINKING ALKOHOL. It is the worst company of India and all its operations must be CLOSED immediately. It is spoiling the Career of all those employees who are working with !!! The Management is pathetic. Of course, this Company has been BANNED in most of the Indian Institutes for placements now.

No salary hike for 2024 Senior Management Never think about Associates, they always think from cost cut perspective Global BU leaders come and talks in Townhall meeting but in real nothing happens Can't see a positive change in the company from last 2 years

The recruitment process was good, they took people bulkly. First 3 months training was good.

...cation team. And for freshers you will be terminated after your bond completion. And forget about Hike and promotion, even base salary is too low for the current market scenario. You will work here like slave without getting any recognition.

Everything. There is no work life balance, no increment in salary from past 2 years, sometimes working hours extended to 15-16 hours. Maybe this varies from project to project but my experience is worst in this project. Only thing I got here is to learn how to deal with clients and gained knowledge on different automation tools
