No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."

No benefits in saving tax for U4 band, only from P1 its starts. Job security now a days, business wait days reduced. Tax declaration portal is not up to mark, it’s very confusing for 24 B, NPS, health expenses, Health insurance too bad, imagine 25k only for cataract operation
