I like my profile and project. I have always given my best which also gave the opportunity to learn more things. My management always expand my horizon of work by giving opportunity to learn new and controlling existing through direct reportees

No work motivations 1) Company provide salary hikes once in two years and that too between 2 - 4 percent 2) It gives dry promotion ( no compensation benefits) 3) No team lunch, corporate parties and team outings 4) No bonus included in salary 5) HR policies are not applicable to all ( Senior manager has huge control like some will be given permanent WFH and others will forcefully asked to come to office ) If you just want to work than it is a good company but gradually they will not meet your salary with inflation

Lots of opportunity to upskill and learn new tools and technology, the org supports for external certification.

...l be put on bench without any intimation even if you have performed really well. HR team does not share any comms on salary, promotion, appraisal or hike. For any query if you connect with them, they will never respond on time Network in office is very pathetic, none of the apps open if you use company Lan, you will still be asked to work from office using your mobile internet. In some projects they ask you to support 14 to 16 hours saying you should think this is your family, there is no comp off, extra pay if you stretch beyond 9 hours.

We all know how service based organisation work would be but I wouldn’t mention anything wrong about the organisation but it’s all the top people who sits in the ladder who doesn’t know any tech stuff and treat you like shit. Yes I had very bad experience with my manager named Murugesh Radhakrishnan who is a guy treats people like shit and who doesn’t know any tech stuff but behave as if he knows everything. Backstabbing, want to work 7 days a week and the pressure he gives for the employees .. despite doing everything he wouldn’t be happy such a coward. Please don’t work under such person for god he shouldn’t be working because of him lots of well equipped skills person deliverables is getting spoiled.

The management and HR will pressurise to give early release. If you give your consent, you’ll need to pay the company notice period shortfall amount.

Dislikes

Difficult management. Work life balance. Would not recommend.
