Since, I am in banking project since I started working at Tech Mahindra, I enjoy the financial domain intricacies coupled with technologies backing the massive applications. Moreover, as I work on data, it's a challenge and I like my job profile very much.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite low compared to what some of the MNCs offer for the same job profile. Work life balance is ok, but could be made better with additional benefits when working late or working extra hours to fix things.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own

... software engineer joined as fresher and who has been working here since 4 yrs. And my salary is still basic pay that other companies offer to an intern. Though I worked under a good project over 3 yrs and got apprised from client but got zero recognition from techM. And surprised that I'm marked as bench for 60 days n the hr forced me to resign.Manager is too rude to female employees who asks leave for marriage or maternity. Asking to take voluntary break in career. No opportunities to explore. Stop being a rock and move out for better opportunities outside. Say big NO for this company if u want to start a career or a newbie in IT.

It is a good place to start career if you don't have enough technical and coding skills and also if you are looking WorkLife balance environment and you can have fulfilled training part which is my favorite thing about Tech Mahindra and those were good days in my life.

Dislikes

1.We don't get much hike. Don't consider Tech Mahindra if you are looking for better salary. 2.it has 2 years agreement. 3.It's hard to get into the role you are interested in.
