Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

Tech Mahindra has done a wonderful job during this pandemic. Where other companies were looking to do cost cutting and reduce employees due to no business, TechM secured everyone's job just like TATA always do. I'm really glad to be a part of this organisation.

There is nothing that i dislike, being a part of Sales Team, pressure has to be there and i was made aware about it before i joined. So it all goes well.

The company supporting me in this situation through giving me the salary even I was not working from home. The environment of the company is too good.

Actually there is nothing to dislike about Tech Mahindra . The company is perfect from inside and outside both way .

... and ecity. But on site travel is completely dependent on your clients location. Mine is a ecity based client and they have some offices in hgs, myntra I got a best salary quickly another plus point is that my colleague come from near by house and we work very happily in my colleague I also like employee hire.

Compensation is decent but Growth is slow.the work pressure is Very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which bus why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

...n good books of higher management, you are taken care no matter you work or not. others have to toil hard but get nonrecognition or compensation.

Yearly assessment is worst in tech mahindra, the higher management has the luxury of choosing candidates who are in their good books and give empty hand to all others. one of the worst appraisal system is in Tech Mahindra across India.
