Yearly assessment is worst in tech mahindra, the higher management has the luxury of choosing candidates who are in their good books and give empty hand to all others. one of the worst appraisal system is in Tech Mahindra across India.

The best thing can only be the salary they are offering is much higher than other domestic call centres

It's a great work place if you're a female executive. But if you're a male executive there is a lot of pressure which you will need to deal with on a day to day basis For example, working on irregular shifts without shift allowance

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
