They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this.
