It's totally waste to attend an interview on this company I went for an interview no matter ok what candidates have experience they are selecting everyone as a fresher they don't have time to see the resume also it's totally waste it's not a good company.

Such a worst behaviour every person is acting a like a proprietor of that company and very less salary package they don't even think how people will live in the society with that salary package and that too in that office Kishore is available he is training team TL he is very rude with the employees i never seen such a worst behaving person in my life and they are cheating a candidates with the name of tech Mahindra it's a not a tech Mahindra it's a local export company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is no increment in salary career growth is slow.
