Staff is too supportive and the salary gets credited on time that's the only thing to be liked

If there was negative rating for the work life balance I would have surely given the negative rating because work life balance is 0 because they ask 8 hours of pure login and and don't even give the time to breathe in that 8 hours and have 1 hour of break but that break also goes in completing the login hours. The calls keep coming one after another without any delay and have to send the mail and sms too without having any extra time.

Apart the salary, the incentive is a big plus and support for any ideal hard working representative, it is on priority and not managed outside of thd office as it requires peace of mind to worklife balance. The support of the head staff and few other responsible is not at a level where you can explain as a decision is made. I rate or will score techmahindra the best with UK retentions process likely most ideal working project that needs more dedicated staff as there are many needful and fruitful candidates who possess the skill but not really aware of this process.

A complete negative leadership in head staff for team as per my experience. And the consultant offered called me a phsyco, I will not continue on this feedback. Thank you for support and experience with UK customer service entrepreneur. I hope my work was a delight as always want to give back what was expected and driven by Techmahindra's business ideologies. Yes, we rise.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

I was working at noida location. there was very bad condidition of employee TL or AM behaviour like uneducated. there was many employee quit job due that 2 guy. i request to TECH mahindra team please take action for this kind of activity. speciallly noida nsez for bpu process.
