The client - 3 was best. Tech-M lacks drastically in matching the aura & dynamism that H3G had. Thought of rejoining the same process but not happy with the outsourced partner. H3G Rocks & Tech-M Sucks.

Tech Mahindra is very good company and the salary hike is also very very much good.

Dislikes

The people inside the teCH Mahindra is not supportive not understanding they are just team leaders manager toms they are all in groups they don't understand this staff importance they just threaten all the time to the staff if they make any of the mistakes while over the call or something like that they will just remove they just tell the people that there are lots of incentives in everything but inside there is lots of deduction and they are just giving DAP again and again

Work culture is strict. High work pressure. Job satisfaction is less because there are few problems of the customers which cannot be solved over phone eg. Network issues. So you may feel less satisfied with your performance.

Tech Mahindra gives job security until and unless employee misbehave and cross the line of tech Mahindra's policy. Tech Mahindra gives chance to their employee to promote at next level ever employee after having experience.

Dislikes

There are little chance to get hike in salary until and unless employee get promoted.
