...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues

they didn't paid me the salary for the work. Let me to do work forcefully in my break periods and unusually marked absent and deducting when i told to pay there HR started insulting even i was present for 6 months continuous. so i have taken action on labor court.

If you have buttering skills after that you will be promote ,there is no value of your hard work and honesty ,...no policies for employees,every policies modified according to ops team for company benifit or ops self benifit not for employees benifit, and no Increment in salary

Worst company, they will not pay you salary, and training given 1 month and not pay money, it's fraud company, don't try it
