5) External Certificate re-imbursement policy has a bond system. Only if you sign the bond, external certification amt will be re-imbursed.
6) Retirement is 55 - when you need the job the most but cannot get another job in the market. But for higher management its 58 and 60. To my knowledge this is the only company having this stupid and discriminated policy.
... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.
In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own
