... environment and culture. Teammates are supposed and the manager is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Bakwas politics in company i hate them .pathetic salary and 1 weekoff only and being hired on contract basis and no salary increment on renewal

Manager and HR inform us about company policy being taught every day reminded to us

The only thing I like is Mr. Mahindra if we say Tech Mahindra else there is nothing that you could like about the company.

#Lack of Communication. #Unfair Pay. #Managers are useless, all friendship is going inside the process or departments. #Mr. Mahindra has to keep a sharp eye on Managers specially on SmithsNews process. #Every manager is playing his own card irrespective of values and ethics of company.

It's good place to work and I have been working there since last 2yeras currently I'm working in that there is low range of increments and hike and zero promotions and there was my team lead was support a lot while at work and good work culture nice infrastructure good team mates and there is no yearly bonus and in my process they are not providing night shift allowances

...ions I think . and appraisal and hikes are to low I'm joined 2020 March with 2.0lak package after 2 years also that will be 2.4lakh u can see the hike how much they are give
