You can't grow I this company neither money nor promotion. Only MNC I think who has cut salary during covid times. No benefits, no gifts. Gives you one single piece ladoo in diwali. :-)

Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.

The process movement is not good at all in techmahindra. As movements are causing again ang again and no specific proper work security.

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. The only way you will get promoted for internal job postings is only if you are a girl. Always selects girls for ijps. No work ethics, Managers and team leaders spread rumours on people about their gender, relationship status and what not. Techm Target process is the worst in all.

...ort long working hours and high workloads, especially in client-facing roles. 2. Salary & Appraisals – Many feel that salary hikes and bonuses are not competitive compared to other IT firms. 3. Job Security – Like many service-based companies, job stability can be a concern due to project-based hiring and layoffs. 4. Management & Growth – Some employees feel career growth is slow, and internal promotions or skill development opportunities are limited.
