You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

Nothing yet, May be if you want to relax, this is better, as they won't have any challenging work. All you can do is work for you ticket for some time and finish it off. The time spent on the office work will be really less.

Shouting, screaming and blame shift is very normal in day to day life. * Seniors will behave in a way they own you, they have bought you for that cheap salary they provide. * Office politics is very concerning. One who has not been in this type of culture will start to hate everything about the culture.

...t is the most terrible thing of TechM. Washrooms are dirty Food quality is bad. Even though we pay and eat, the outlets are serving bad foods. In the night shift I have encountered even stale food. Compliant about it but no action taken.

Good for feshers, helping managers, ample opportunities to learn if your interested. Currently in hybrid mode, not forcing ti work from office for all associates. ( depends entirely on project management)

Worst salary hike. Not preferable to stay more 2 years. Knowledge saturation, You will be doing same type of work after certain period of time.
