Tech Mahindra is a pretty decent company. Pros about tech mahindra are :- 1.Fortunately I got a really good project with a very good team 2. 3 WFHs available per month 3. Work life balance 4. Good on-site opportunity if you are in a project which has on-site openings

Dislikes

...n if your work is done for the day, you need to sit and complete your 9 hours 2. No increment/very bad compensation. There are some ppl who are 12+ years of experience and still has a package of 7 lacs per annum. 3. Some of the HRs are really really rude and bad. No ethics/soft skills at all. 4. Monopoly of Andhra ppl 5. Very less team outings or almost none

...ure will be good. Otherwise its not a good option to stick here for long term. Apprisal and salary hikes are very poor. Strict policy on timings (swipe in and swipe out).

Pay hike is very poor. Not much growth opportunity. Even with protion salary hikes are not so evident.

No salary hike for 2024 Senior Management Never think about Associates, they always think from cost cut perspective Global BU leaders come and talks in Townhall meeting but in real nothing happens Can't see a positive change in the company from last 2 years

Learning opportunities are good specially for freshers. Salary on-time. 100 percent variable pay if you are billable.

Dislikes

Poor salary growth or incentives. Leave policy of max 45 days bucket is not helpful. Retention is not at all good, any one hardly bother even if critical resource is leaving.

Work Life Balance, Good environment and team support. Some great leaders to learn from. Good learning opportunities and exposure to new technologies. Easy platforms available to upskill yourself.

Salary and other benefits. Hike is very poor. Promotions and Appreciations.
