Long term engagement, long projects give job security.

Dislikes

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

Likes

We do have many opportunities to work and upskill and grow in the career. We can maintain good work life balance and also sometimes depends on the project management and also depends upon individual how they manage their work and pressure.

Dislikes

No promotions even if we work hard and no proper salary hikes. I saw project management team play politics and they prefer only few people who are close to them and show favourism for onsite opportunities and can be influenced easily. I cannot say in every department it will be like that which as i saw in my department.

TechM spends considerable amount for cultural and sports event

...ogram doesn’t give return of investment for things they think as innovation. Attrition will never be solved as long as college graduate ELTs given higher package than experienced long term employees.

If ur deployed at the client-side, then the TechM management does not have room for micromanagement. That's a good sign. Else with TechM ODC Managers always do micromanagement

No Salary hikes. Management is not good.

...Bu is like a Gang where sr managers and delivery managers act like gang leaders. They give benefits to their persons and make others only to work no appreciation and no compensation benefits.
