It is a good place to start career if you don't have enough technical and coding skills and also if you are looking WorkLife balance environment and you can have fulfilled training part which is my favorite thing about Tech Mahindra and those were good days in my life.

Dislikes

1.We don't get much hike. Don't consider Tech Mahindra if you are looking for better salary. 2.it has 2 years agreement. 3.It's hard to get into the role you are interested in.

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

...l get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

You cannot see growth in this company.

Dislikes

This company will except people work for them all day night but when it comes to salary hike, they delays and don’t even pay the arrears. Also, the hike amounts are very less that you won’t even see much change in your salary.

i liked the work life balance and job security here but these things doesnt matter if your salary is ultra low and i cannot do my basic needs with the salary.

ultra low salary and no good hikes and promotions also skill development is not focused by them it is on you .
