There is no salary increment or hike provided for long term employees. After working for 3 years got 10k annual hike at the end of the 3rd year. When stated this reason to leave company, BHR behaved very rudely and made me leave on bad terms with the company. They try to cut your FnF settlement through all the possible ways. Worst experience when employee is trying to move. Think twice before joining as the exit process is terrible here.

I am with TechMahindra since last 4 years. I had a very terrible experience with TechMahindra where I was asked to travel to Saudi Arabia for 10 Months - Terrible experience in providing salary and for dependant Visa. I was expecting that I will be allowed to take my dependant since it was for longer duration, I was promised by my Manager that I will be allowed. But unfortunately that didn't happen and I was provided with single entry Visa valid for 90 days.This is the loop hole Techmahindra uses to take employees for short term and keep extending the VISA. I was converted to Saudi resident in TechM Tool so that I will be provided Saudi Salary in my Bank Account. But since I was on Business Visa - I am not allowed to open a bank account in Saudi. So I stopped receiving salary from Indian Account & Saudi Account too. Now comes the best part - Even though there was no mistake from my end and the HR Team has confirmed that the mistake is from their end changing my work location. I was not provided with salary- so the TechM wanted me to work for free and suffer in other country without Money. When I ran out of Money & when asked to the HR Team to release the funds on emergency Basis - they answered on my face that they will never provide the salary. So What the Hell does the TechM wants us to do in other country without money ? Either to beg on streets and work for them ?

Work life balance is good. Apart from this nothing is good.

Dislikes

1) No career growth. 2) No salary hike. 3) Worst office politics ( North and South). 4) Job security is not there. HR can force you to resign otherwise they will terminate. 5) Higher management is not good. 6) Favouritism dominates onsite opportunity.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.
